The business is backed by leading VCs including MiddleGame Ventures and Molten.As seen in Business Insider, Forbes, City A.M and more.LinkedIn: @Ctrl-AltWebsite: www.ctrl-alt.coWhat’s involved:As the business continues to grow and transaction volumes increase, we are looking for an Investment Manager to own the deal flow process from start to finish, guiding clients along the way.We are looking for someone with exceptional client servicing skills that can operate under execution pressures and can manage the various parties involved in a transaction.It is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of clients globally, across different asset classes and be involved in the whole investment process. You will work closely with the Ctrl Alt management team and manage the relationships internally and externally.Key responsibilities:Manage relationships with institutional clients (funds, wealth managers, corporate advisors etc).Understand complex deals, getting involved from the early stages in order to be ready for when the deal moves into the execution phase.Own the execution of a transaction and the various parties involved. From collecting due diligence documentation to dealing with service providers.Continue to develop relationships with clients post execution.Opportunities to travel and attend events across the world.Skills/Qualifications will include:5 years or more experience in an Investment Manager or Client Servicing role in the financial services space.Good knowledge of financial products and KYC/AML processes.Excellent communication and relationship skills.Team player, willing to get involved across the business and get things done.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Strong attention to detail.Proven problem solving skills, willing to help clients towards an optimal outcome.Benefits:Competitive salary.Generous stock options in an early stage business.High Spec Office in Shoreditch, London.IT Equipment - we'll provide you whatever you need to support your work (MacBook, display, accessories, etc)Annual £500 learning and development budget for every employee to spend on books, training courses, exams, or anything else which helps you progress at work.Flexibility of work hours and holidays - if you need a break, take it!
