CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR Up to 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday Hybrid – 2 days working from home (WFH) £24,000 (pro rata) plus private healthcare, death in service, critical illness, employee discounts, social events and more! To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you will need: GCSEs in English and Maths. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service, problem resolution, contact/call centres, administration, office management, hospitality, retail, or healthcare. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy. Ability to multitask, input data, and engage in conversations effectively.
