Role Overview
The Finance and Administrator Assistant supports the Finance Manager with various financial and administrative tasks, contributing to the company's success. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience in finance, office management, and HR.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Perform data entry for financial transactions.
Reconcile bank and petty cash accounts.
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
Support payroll processing and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage personnel files and respond to telephone inquiries.
Maintain office supplies and arrange refreshments for meetings.
Requirements
Previous experience in accounting or finance (2 years).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
AAT Level 3 certification required.
