The Oystercatcher in Greenwich are currently in the market for a superstar Assistant General Manager . The pub & restaurant has really established itself as one of Greenwichs most premium ventures and needs the right AGM to keep pushing forward. Our Ideal Requirements for this role: experience in a similar role for at least a year as Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Manager etc. a keen interest in amazing food, cocktails and beer great attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills strong leadership and motivational skills a proven track record of effective organisation and planning a can-do, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi-task experience in running events / weddings would be ideal but not required What's in it for you: a discretionary bonus scheme paid out weekly based on the site KPI's our annual team party 48 hour contract and a commitment for a good work/life balance 50% off food and drink in all our venues and the usual - pension and team meals great progression opportunities within the company Ideally, the right candidate will come from a similar high-volume background and showcase a real passion for their work.
