Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect – Insurance – London A Solutions Architect is sought by a global financial services organisation undergoing a transformation to become more customer centric. Working within the existing structure, you will be expected to be a strong leader, able to build solid relationships with stakeholders of all levels, define the solution, and bring others on the journey. As an important part of the Architecture Team, you will need to develop an understanding of the organisation, its plans and strategic aims, and work to deliver those goals through technology. The cloud environment is Azure, so experience in Azure is preferred but not essential; other large-scale cloud environments such as AWS, GCP etc. will be considered. You should have a strong background in, and understanding of the Financial Services industry, ideally Insurance, Wealth, or Pensions businesses. This is a strategically important role, leadership across the IT and Change functions, and you must be capable of producing technology strategies that deliver on the defined needs of the business, and be well versed in setting standards, creating roadmaps and policies. Ideally, you will have a TOGAF certification or be able to demonstrate the requisite level of experience, knowledge and competence.
