Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client are a reputable construction company who specialise in new build and refurbishment projects in the residential sector. They are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

Ideal candidate:

* JCT Contract experience

* Predominately office with occasional site visit

* Housebuilding experience

* Happy to visit sites across the North West

* Hardworking and motivated attitude

Duties:

* Procuring materials and subcontractors.

* Preparation of tender documents for any subcontract works.

* Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.

* Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.

* Preparation of final accounts.

* Identifying commercial risks.

* Monitoring cash flow.
