We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team to provide a high-quality service while undertaking maintenance work on tenanted and vacant properties operating across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and South Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking quality responsive / void repairs, planned maintenance and other works, providing a range of skills across various trade disciplines, specifically relating to the refitting of kitchens and bathrooms. Carrying out additional works and variations and completing the associated paperwork in the prescribed manner. Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (clean) City & Guilds in Carpentry OR PlumbingBenefits:
