Led by flagship CLAP Dubai, and a reputation renowned by the Michelin Guide. We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Commi Chef to join the brigade. The key responsibilities will be: - Assisting the kitchen team in preparing high quality dishes. -Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety. -Ensuring all ingredients are properly stored and prepared for service. -You'll play a main part in keeping the kitchen running efficiently and spotlessly clean during and after service. What we're looking for: -Reliable person with a good attitude. - Ability to work well under pressure within a team and follow instructions from senior chefs. -A passion for excellence, attention to detail, and consistency. -Eager to learn and develop new skills.
