Parts Advisor

Our client is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their busy dealership in Southend! This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and keen to provide excellent customer service. The Role: * Help customers find the right vehicle parts * Inform customers about current promotions and offers * Provide excellent customer service to all clients * Manage incoming parts, keep accurate records, and assist with stock checks * Report any damages or discrepancies in stock What We're Looking For: * Experience in the Automotive sector - Parts * Strong organisational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * A full UK driving license The Package: * Basic salary: £28,250 with a £36,000 OTE * Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm , 1 in every 3 Saturdays 8.30am - 1.00pm Apply with your CV!
