We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Shift Manager to join our team in Hampshire. Job summary Reporting to the QC Laboratory Supervisor, the main purpose of this post is to carry out microbiological testing of DI water, raw materials, bulk and finished products, carry out environmental testing within the business and release product that has passed QC testing. * Conduct microbiological testing of DI water, raw materials, bulk and finished products in compliance with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Laboratory Methods * Carry out environmental testing in compliance with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Laboratory Methods * Release raw materials, bulks and finished goods from quarantine after testing and in compliance with the appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Laboratory Methods Qualifications & Skills * Degree in a science-based subject, ideally Biology or Microbiology – essential * Good understanding of microbiological testing techniques gained through practical experience – essential * Experience of working within a GLP and GMP environment – desired * Ability to work individually or as an interchangeable member of a small team * Ability to use computerised information systems to input, retrieve and update all relevant data How to Apply If this is a role that you feel you are suitable for, please send an updated copy of your CV using showcasing the relevant experience.
