Project Manager – High-End Residential Joinery (Full-Time) Location: London - Notting Hill About the Role On behalf of our client, a leading luxury brand specializing in bespoke, high-end kitchens, furniture, and lifestyle products, we are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in high-end residential joinery. The successful candidate will join a passionate team in London and contribute to their ongoing global success. Your Role You will be collaborating with teams across the UK, Austria, and the US, you will play a key role in managing high-end residential joinery projects. This position offers the opportunity to oversee prestigious projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Provide leadership and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to installation. * Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Manage client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for client teams. * Oversee budget management, timelines, and project milestones, ensuring all targets are met. * Lead contract management and negotiations, safeguarding the client’s best interests. * Screen and vet suppliers to ensure the highest quality and standards. * Manage cost reporting, cash flow management, and commercial compliance. * Conduct Monthly Project Cost Reviews, delivering strategic and operational insights to project managers and senior leadership. * Support the finance department and act as a backup for critical tasks when needed.
