Monitoring Engineer

Who we are looking for A Virtualisation Engineer, who will be supporting and developing our global virtual platforms. As part of the application delivery team, you will be designing, installing, upgrading and maintaining multiple virtual platforms. Working as part of an established team, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and work together with others to deliver large scale projects to a high standard. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy. Experience with application packaging technologies such as AppV and MSIX. Administration of Active Directory and Group Policy. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Citrix Director, Splunk or Systrack. Understanding of ITIL framework and best practice. Maintaining and managing all Application Delivery services, upgrades, changes and service improvements, ensuring operational stability is paramount. Managing projects, small works, service improvements and 3rd line BAU. Writing scripts to enable process automation and accelerate common tasks. Managing group policy and personalisation.
