Role Description Based in Baker Street, our Property and Commercial litigation department prides itself on being able to offer a ’level of client care and attention are beyond anything the big players can offer’ . This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Property and Commercial Litigator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have between 0-5 years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record in handling a range of property and commercial litigation matters. You will work closely with Partners Rudi Ramdarshan, Victoria Huxley, and Ben Frost, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the success of the firm. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of property and commercial litigation matters, including: Alternative Dispute Resolution Art Law Disputes Charity Litigation Contractual Disputes Emergency Injunctions Shareholder and Partnership Disputes Insolvency Energy & Utilities Litigation Copyright, Media & IP Charity Litigation Education litigation Real property disputes Lease Extensions Leasehold Enfranchisement Construction and Engineering Corporate Occupiers Residential Property Disputes Planning application disputes Banking and Finance disputes Education Litigation Conduct legal research and analysis Draft letters, correspondence, and other legal documents Attend court hearings and conferences Work collaboratively with the team to develop innovative legal solutions Be able to demonstrate strong technical skills with an ability to present solutions effectively Provide case analysis and recommendations on strategy Demonstrate a personal commitment to professional development Qualifications: Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 0-5 years PQE Experience in property and commercial litigation is essential Strong advocacy and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules An interest in assisting with business development Providing effective support for partners Strong academics Benefits: Competitive salary Bonus scheme Opportunity to work on high-profile and complex cases Supportive and collaborative working environment Excellent career development opportunities The role is a full-time position.
