Site Manager – Exeter, Devon – Modular Projects Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around Devon, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a temp to perm basis, managing Modular Build Projects in Exeter. Tasks/ Responsibilities: * Projects usually anywhere between 8-20 units. * Go from project to project as they come in. * Project Values: £500k - 3 million depending if built on or off site * Project duration – 2-3 months and up to 1 year for bigger projects * Ordering of Labour * Identify and resolve any issues with the project * To be a point of contact for our client.
