If this resonates with you then we encourage you to apply to join our team at Blue Light Card and contribute to our mission.What You’ll Do Account manage partners within the Grocery category, building relationships over the phone, video call, and in person to better understand our partner’s needsOptimise partner performance and negotiate stronger offers for members vs our defined competitor set Draw insights from data to guide growth, through identifying new opportunities and demonstrating the benefits of Blue Light Card, up-selling the company and brandSupport with the onboarding of new grocery partnersPlan marketing activity and acquire seasonal discounts for our membersManage contract renewals and renegotiation of commercialsWork collaboratively with other departments to fulfil the account strategiesWhat You’ll Bring Previous experience in Account or Partner Management, with proven success in relationship building and growing accounts commercially Strong negotiation and presentation skills Data competency, able to understand and interpret sales data and consumer insights to suggest new initiatives and tell a storyA growth mindset with a proactive approach, working autonomously in a fast-paced environmentA commitment to collaboration and active contribution in team and cross functional efforts, valuing the power of working together to achieve shared goalsExperience in Grocery or FMCG industries would be highly advantageous Our CultureOur members, partners and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do.
