Site Manager London £50k to £60k & Benefits Hotel Fit Out: Front of house, bedrooms, restaurant, conference rooms, bar area etc. All Accommodation and travel paid for, living away allowance. Day to day: To ensure the Project / Site is managed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Companys Health and Safety policies and procedures, and constructed in accordance with the contractual requirements. Essential Criteria: Previous experience as a Site Manager with SMSTS. Experience in Hotel Construction / Fit-Out / Refurbs. Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry. Self-motivated hard working with strong team building skills. Analytical and decision-making skills. Health and Safety Site Management Training. Excellent IT skills especially Microsoft Office.
