We are looking for an experienced mechanical fitter.
Main products are bespoke machinery for the wire & cable and paper industries. Machines are 1 offs and small batches and can vary from bench-top machines to full production lines, so there is an interesting variety of work.
The work is mainly based at our Padiham works, with occasional site visits to install completed machinery.
SKILLS
Working from Engineering Drawings
Use of Hand & Power Tools
Drilling - Tapping - Bolting - Riveting
Working with Mild Steel / Aluminium / S/S
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £16.50 per hour dependent on experience
