Job Title: Experienced Science Teacher Location: South East England, Kent, Canterbury Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £250 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive science lessons to secondary school students Evaluate and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting diversity and respect Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the science curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods and resources Communicate regularly with students and their parents/guardians, providing updates on academic progress and addressing any concerns Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science or related field Recognised teaching qualification Valid DBS check Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or related field Experience: Prior teaching experience in a secondary school setting preferred Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding and knowledge of the secondary science curriculum Strong communication and classroom management skills to effectively engage and support students Inspirational and motivational approach to teaching, encouraging students to reach their full potential Effective organisational and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with diverse student populations and implementing inclusive teaching practises Working Conditions: Work in a secondary school setting Full-time hours Temporary position with the potential for a permanent role
