As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to their merchandising and buying team. Full Details: 💰 Annual Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 📍Location: Hendon ⏰ Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (hybrid working & can be flexible on hours) What You'll Do: 🔸 Support the buyer/merchandiser: You will play a vital role in assisting the buyer/merchandiser by providing valuable administrative support to the entire team. 🔸 Produce reports: Generate weekly and daily trade reports, as well as event performance reports, to keep the team well-informed. 🔸 Analyse data: Utilise your strong analytical skills to analyse sales and stock figures, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. Accurately calculate stock requirements and create stock replenishments reports. 🔸 Manage stock: Take charge of creating and compiling orders for management review. Work closely with suppliers, ensuring accuracy in purchase orders and invoices, and promptly resolving any discrepancies. You'll be the go-to person for resolving delivery problems! 🔸 Support pricing strategies: Assist in implementing price changes, markdowns, and preparation for sale periods, contributing to the overall success of the merchandising team. 🔸 Handle adhoc requests: Be prepared to lend a hand to the buyer/merchandiser, online marketing team, and Director, as well as support the product development team by creating new lines in the back-end system. You may also be involved in ad-hoc tasks related to photoshoots and sample organisation.
