Relevant qualifications and experience in SEN
Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective intervention strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students' individual needs
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environmentResponsibilities:
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN
Provide targeted support and interventions to meet each student's unique needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
