As a Programme Director at Cloud 21, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the future of healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end delivery of EPR implementations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.Build and maintain strong relationships with Trust and Programme Executive leadership, central Programme teams, and program/project managers.Provide executive-level change management expertise, driving the adoption of new delivery models and system integration.Identify, track, and support the realization of benefits associated with EPR implementation and changes in working practices.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Essential Qualifications And ExperienceRecognised Project Management accreditation (e.G., MSP, PgMP, Prince2)Extensive experience as a Programme Manager/Director, managing EPR system implementations within NHS trustsIn-depth knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner) EPR systems or alternative EPR solutionsProven track record of delivering successful business change programmesStrong operational acumen and understanding of healthcare processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDesirable Qualifications And ExperienceAdditional relevant accreditations (e.G., change management, risk management, benefits management)Experience working with NHSE governance and funding processesIn-depth knowledge of business change processes and benefits realisationPlease get in touch with for more details
