to help shape our new direction. With a focus on quality, creativity, and fresh local ingredients, we aim to create an exciting, welcoming dining experience for our guests. The Role: As the
Sous Chef,
you'll have the opportunity to design innovative seasonal menus and put your creative stamp on the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and ready to help drive the success of a newly revitalised pub. What We Offer: £35,000 per annum, Plus service Charge & Bonus Scheme Free accommodation with no bills Day Shifts Only Creative freedom to develop exciting menus The chance to lead in a friendly, supportive environment What Were Looking For: A passionate, driven chef with previous experience in a leadership role Creativity in designing dishes and menus A strong understanding of kitchen management, including stock control and food hygiene standards Someone with a genuine love for food and innovation, who wants to be part of a growing business If you're ready for New Beginnings & a fresh start wed love to hear from you!
