A long-standing Manufacturing client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Temporary Sales Administrator to join their team immediately. Working full-time Monday - Thursday 8:25am - 4:55pm & Friday 8:25am - 3:25pm and paying 11.44 - 12.30 per hour depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Answering the sales phone line and updating CRM lead database
- Dealing with all email enquiries
- Ensure pre-qualified & vetted leads are passed onto the correct team
- Answering the commercial sales enquiry phone line, take messages and
route calls as required - Following up on potential leads
- Holiday cover for receptionist
- Other adhoc administrative duties
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Sales administration / customer service experience preferred
- Good Microsoft windows & Excell office skills
- Excellent written communication skills due to being customer facing first responder to emails
- Able to work to deadlines
- Able to self-prioritise work
