Development Manager
Our client, a reputable secondary school is seeking a motivated and strategic Development Manager to lead their fundraising and development efforts. This role is critical in driving income generation, fostering relationships with donors and partners, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that maximise fundraising potential while overseeing key projects that contribute to the organisation's vision. A hybrid work model could be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet income targets.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with donors, alumni, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage development projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities for income generation and maintain up-to-date records on potential and current donors.
- Report regularly on development and fundraising progress to senior management.
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: FTE: £32,933-£37,188 - Term time only, Actual Salary: £28,579-£32,271
