Children Law Solicitor

Children Law Solicitor Our client, one of the biggest names in the regional Midlands area, is looking for an experienced Children Law Solicitor to join their highly successful team. This is a great opportunity to get involved with the High Court in public and private law proceedings. The team are are often instructed by professional guardians to act in the most serious and complex cases. Responsibilities: * Deal with a range of matters including children issues and disputes, care proceedings, adoption and surrogacy. * Present cases to court and conduct own advocacy, when required. * Liaise with a broad range of clients ranging from HNW individuals to vulnerable members of society. Requirements * Be an experienced Children/Family Lawyer with 1-5PQE * Ideally be a member of the Law Society Children Panel, though lawyers working towards panel membership are encouraged to apply. * Have experience dealing public and private work and be comfortable with Legal Aid.
