Job Requirements / Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Scheduler for our well established client, who strive to deliver a customer focused service whilst maintaining and refurbishing property in the public sector.

As a Scheduler, your duties will include:
  • Maintaining communication and updating customers from works beginning to end
  • Dealing with a high number of inbound calls from tenants and clients
  • Management of operatives diaries, making sure works are delegated and completed to SLA's
  • General administrative tasks, such as: data entry, updating systems and booking works

To be successful in the application of a Scheduler, you should:
  • Be used to fast paced environments
  • Able to adapt to new environments and systems, willing to learn
  • Have experience within an administrative, customer service role
  • Have a customer first attitude
