Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials, bringing creativity and innovation to our offerings. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen, preferably in an Italian restaurant. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
