The Residence is a collection of three beautifully designed spaces just for hotel residents. The Y Bar, The Drawing Room and The Whisky Room have been curated to meet our guests every work and leisure needs. Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager at The Residence at The Londoner. As Floor Manager you will be responsible for directing the Bar and floor team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. You will ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. You will implement and develop strategies for improvement where necessary alongside the management team. Be responsible for ensuring staff training plans are in place for new team members alongside the Bar Manager. About You: In depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends. To be considered for this role of Floor Manager you must be able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills. Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills and precision. Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations.
