Site Manager required in Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire. What is required for the position? Tickets: Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid. PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects. References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references Type of project that require a Site Manager: Inducting staff, auditing roofing works, checking scaffolding, liase with client , sign people in to site, arrange access for client into building to take water samples, needs knowledge of roofing, ideally from a roofing or building background or carpentry/building background.
