Are you looking for a role that offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to travel across Scotland? As a Quality Coordinator with this growing business, you will work a minimum of three days a week onsite at projects across Scotland, so your own vehicle is essential, but don't worry - fuel costs will be expensed. What you will get in your new role Excellent salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum 31 days of annual leave - increasing with length of service Health and wellbeing programme Enhanced parental leave Responsibilities within your new role as the Quality Coordinator You will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments of project folders within a bespoke CRM system, as well as auditing sites and personnel weekly to ensure compliance with procedures. Working independently, you'll visit various locations across Scotland, ranging from domestic home projects to large, multi-year construction builds. You'll support the HSQE Manager in maintaining audit schedules, advising on ISO 9001 Quality Management standards, and producing quarterly reports on areas for improvement and concern. Additionally, you'll assist with maintaining quality documentation and project certification. You will also participate in regular Health & Safety meetings and visit the Head Office monthly. Your personality, experience and qualifications To be considered for the role of Quality Coordinator, you must have previous experience in a similar position, where you have been involved in conducting audits, maintaining quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Experience with ISO 9001 standards or a similar framework is highly desirable, along with familiarity with CRM systems and project certification processes. Apply now!
