What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a Reward role, ideally with experience in strategy creation and implementation. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence decision-making. * Deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of working effectively with leadership teams.
