What You'll Do: * Provide personalised support and assistance to students with SEN, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive. * Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral support strategies, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student and promote their academic and social-emotional development. * Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver targeted interventions and adapt learning activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. * Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, creating a sense of belonging and empowerment within the school community. * Monitor student progress and provide feedback to inform ongoing support strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for every student.
