The school is looking to employ a innovative and driven Cover Supervisor for full time with the potential for long term basis for the right teacher. The successful applicant will be working across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including GCSE and exam preparation. The Cover Supervisor will be essential in guiding and supporting the students to reach their full potential.  The successful Cover Supervisor will have: • Level 3 or HLTA qualification (not a requirement but valuable). • PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be accepted. • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. • Knowledge of Curriculum for Wales framework and expectations. • Excellent classroom management.
