What You’ll Do: - Be the frontline support for ERP systems, assisting users across Europe and Asia Pacific. - Troubleshoot, configure, and optimise D365 Finance & Operations. - Provide training and document processes to empower users. - Collaborate with an international team to enhance business operations. Who You Are: - 3+ years of ERP support experience, with a focus on D365 Finance & Operations. - Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes. - Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus). - A problem-solver who communicates effectively and works well under pressure.
