Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
• Thoroughly inspect properties to assess condition, identify issues, and estimate value.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive survey reports.
• Deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with property trends and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MRICS or AssocRICS Qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience conducting Level 2 and Level 3 Homebuyer Surveys.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driving license and reliable vehicle.
