Role Overview This role contributes to the backbone of our brand work here at Fellas Studios, working alongside our Campaigns Team and reporting into our Head of Campaigns & Partnerships to coordinate and assist the running of our campaigns. No two days will be the same as you work across our slate of podcasts and a variety of brands, working to deliver 360 campaigns. About The Fellas Studios The Fellas Studios is a cutting-edge video podcast studio where ideas flourish, stories captivate, and voices resonate. We are at the epicentre of creativity, driving thought leadership and innovation through the medium of video podcasting. Main Duties & Responsibilities Establish, build and maintain your client base, building strong relationships with your clients as their main point of contact Developing and delivering compelling creative concepts for clients Ensure timely delivery of your campaigns, timelines and next steps Taking a hands on and collaborative approach to ensure that our production team have everything that they need to effectively deliver campaigns Ensuring that our clients have everything that they need to effectively analyse the performance of their campaign Maintaining internal campaigns administrative processes Development for this role within the company: The development for this role is to progress to Senior Account Manager level, based on creative approach and revenue targets. Requirements This job is perfect for someone that has an understanding of Campaigns and is keen to learn and progress at the Fellas Studios. You must have / be: Strong organisational skills and a knack for multitasking. A can-do attitude to problem solving. Highly driven, keen to hit and increase targets to grow within your role An established book of client contacts Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration across departments A passion for Gen Z digital podcasting, YouTube and social content Ability to manage internal resources and work with external partners and agencies A keen attention to detail Understanding and keen interest of Creator / Influencer Campaigns Salary £40,000 - £45,000 salary depending on experience with opportunity to earn commission and bonus.
