Hybrid working with 2 days office and 3 days wfh This is a superb opportunity for an Executive Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract to start end of November, to work within this highly professional Executive Search firm with offices in Leeds city centre. Our client is a superb business who are a market leader within their sector and they are enjoying superb success. This role is a key recruit working initially on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover for Maternity leave within their Leeds team on a hybrid basis. You will provide support to 2 key Fee Earners within the business, providing support on a range of Executive Search projects and coordinating all aspects of administration to ensure projects run effectively. We are looking for a highly organised Candidate with excellent attention to detail. A multitasker, you will be process driven and you will thrive leading on efficiencies within your role. You will have experience within a PA, Senior Secretarial, Administration or other Business Support role, where you have managed effective processes and provided a 1st class level of organisational support. Your daily duties and responsibilities will include the following: Being a key point of contact for wider teams internally, clients and stakeholders externally - building key relationships working at C-Suite level You will organise interview itineraries, scheduling multiple interviews and organising all associated logistics, such as travel, accommodation etc. You will arrange meetings both internally and externally Effective inbox management, being proactive in responding to a variety of matters Daily management of ongoing Executive Search projects and all associated administration, managing assignments effectively and accurately Keeping all contract and legislative elements up to date on the system as a priority Working with the wider team to offer support across all areas Keeping the CRM up to date at all times Producing documentation, amending templates and presentations Effective timesheet management Attending ongoing personal development training Skills and experience required: Experience gained within a similar business support role as a PA, Secretary or Senior Administrator You will be used to managing processes effectively, ensuring you are cross referencing and communicating with the team and with your Fee Earners on all areas 1st class organisational skills are essential to manage busy schedules Excellent communication skills, able to have conversations with ease and build strong relationships Excellent listening skills to work with Fee Earners and with clients A proactive approach to all tasks A true team player - the Leeds team work very collaboratively and have fun and enjoy what they do with regular social events This is a superb opportunity that could be permanent at the end of the 12 month period, with no guarantee.
