We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and passionate individual who enjoys working with colleagues across all departments. The Role Being on the front line in conveying our core brand values and raising awareness of our existing products and recently launched NPD to our targeted consumers. (With plenty more on the way) Oversee social media management, ensuring engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and values. Manage public relations efforts to enhance the brand's reputation and visibility in the marketplace. Identify, organise and manage trade shows. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share and brand loyalty. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyse brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise results. Support with ideas and implementation of our strong focus on trade marketing with our retail partners (High Street and Grocery) Always working with a keen understanding of ROI of all marketing activity About You Organised, resourceful, loves a challenge and taking responsibility as part of a growing team Wants success and believes it comes from hard work. Being able to combine being creative, (there’s plenty of scope for fresh and ingenious ideas) and being able to execute plans on time and on budget. Understands the unique working environment of a successful SME, there are no safety nets but that makes it exciting Takes pride in what you achieve and how you achieve it. Numerical and analytical mind, able to produce high quality reports and presentations. 2 years’ experience at a FMCG or consumer brand. Successful Candidate Minimum of 5 years creating and implementing marketing/brand strategies and tactics. Food experience is preferable, but not a must as long as keen interest in healthy food sector. Strong knowledge of social media channels and CRM management. Understanding the function of successful ROI trade marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration preferable.
