Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor Location: England, Greater London, Holborn Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Property and Real Estate Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Job Summary- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced kitchen supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations in numerous Kitchen outlets in a central london flagship store. The kitchen supervisor will Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, experience working abroad, Ideally in europe. Job Duties: Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations Ensure food preparation meets quality standards Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies Train new kitchen employees Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus and specials Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Food Hygiene Certificate Education: Culinary scchool Relevant vocational qualification in catering or hospitality Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a kitchen supervisory role Experience in menu planning and cost control Minimum 1 year of experience as Head Ched Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of health and safety regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene for Supervisors qualification First Aid Certification Working Conditions: The role of Kitchen Supervisor involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The job may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
