Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + OTE £55,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by managing and growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
Account Management: Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential growth areas.
Negotiation: Conduct effective negotiations to secure favorable terms and maximize sales revenue.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, design, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
The Fit
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the catering equipment or foodservice industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of the catering equipment or foodservice market.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
