Your Role: As the IT Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our technology operations, ensuring smooth and efficient IT services across our franchise and corporate network. With at least 4 years of experience in a comprehensive IT role, you will bring both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise. You’ll be a proactive problem solver, ready to drive high performance and innovation across the business. You will serve as the escalation point for your team and stakeholders, ensuring efficient delivery of IT solutions to the business. What We’re Looking For: Technical Expertise: Windows Operating System Office 365 Admin EntraID Admin Windows Application Support Vulnerability Patch Management Administration of SaaS Applications Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead IT initiatives and contribute to the overall strategy of the business.
