Warehouse Team Leader Dove Valley Park DE65 postcode Challengetrg are currently recruiting Team Leaders for the Dove Valley Park Area in the Drinks Logistics Industry. Shifts You will be working any 5 from 7 days on a rotating - Nights Sunday to Thursday Days Monday to Friday. 6-2 2 -10 and 10 -6 shift i.e. 40 hours per week full time. Pay and Benefits In return for your hard work we are offering a salary of £30,109.67 £14.48 per hour 224 hours holiday pay inc. Bank holidays Cycle to work Scheme Workplace Pension and other perks What you'll do on a typical day: * Supporting the day to day running of the operation in WSM's absence. * Supporting the WSM with managing stock loss through accuracy checks. * Ensuring all MHE are operational, liaising with both STILL and Flexi to ensure timely repairs. * Supporting QSHE Manager by completing daily QSHE safety checks. * Completing Bulk Stack Reports and acting on results. * Supporting WSM and WTM by completing shift setup and Pre-shift briefs. * Completing shift handovers accurately. * Creating and maintaining an environment that encourages employee participation and effective team working and ensuring employees are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication * Promoting high standards of hygiene and housekeeping and ensuring compliance to all legislative Health & Safety requirements. * Promoting and ensuring a consistent, fair and thorough approach to the implementation of human resources policies and procedures. * Ensuring compliance of the operation to the Quality systems, industry standards and legal requirements What you need to succeed at GXO: * Excellent communications skills both written and verbal * Able to work on your own and as part as a team * Have a hunger to succeed Be part of something big Please supply and up- to date CV ASAP Challenge-trg Recruitment (part of the Challenge-trg Group) is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
