Our work spans three core areas: an agency specialising in personal branding, a software product to support content creation, and To The Heart Of It (TTHOI) podcast. We’re looking for a Sales Marketing Executive to expand our client base and shape our go-to-market strategy. Role Overview: This is a unique “Day 1” opportunity to join our startup at the ground level, where you’ll have a significant impact on our growth. As our Sales Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business through strategic outreach, lead generation, and marketing initiatives. The role combines sales and marketing expertise, requiring a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a startup environment where flexibility and adaptability are key. If you’re a self-starter skilled in both sales and marketing and are eager to create a seamless strategy that builds brand visibility and converts leads, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the business from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies, identifying potential B2B clients and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and manage campaigns to generate new leads, using a mix of inbound and outbound tactics, and nurture these leads through the sales funnel. Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the team to create multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate inbound leads. Content Marketing: Develop content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, email newsletters) to position the agency as a thought leader and attract new clients. Sales Collateral Development: Create and maintain sales materials, presentations, and pitch decks that align with the agency’s brand and messaging. Account Management: Oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract, ensuring a seamless client experience and securing successful partnerships. Performance Tracking: Track and analyse sales and marketing metrics, using data to optimise strategies and improve conversion rates. Brand Positioning: Assist in refining our market positioning and go-to-market strategy, identifying unique selling points that differentiate us in the personal branding space. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales or sales marketing, ideally within a fast-paced, startup environment. Strong understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals, with experience creating campaigns that drive leads and increase conversions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships. Experience using CRM and marketing tools to manage and track client interactions and marketing efforts. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a startup setting. Knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing strategies to support brand growth and sales outreach. Experience in personal branding, digital marketing, or B2B services is a plus.
