We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ISO 9001 Compliance Coordinator to help us maintain and elevate our quality standards.
The Role
As the ISO 9001 Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our organisation complies with ISO 9001 standards and maintains an effective QMS. You will lead internal audits, develop and update quality policies, and collaborate across departments to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
ISO 9001 Compliance
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards by implementing, monitoring, and updating our QMS.
Internal Audits and Reporting
Conduct regular internal audits, document findings, and develop corrective actions to address any instances of non-compliance.
Policy Development
Create, review, and update quality policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring clarity and accessibility across the organisation.
Risk Assessment
Perform risk assessments, identify potential areas of quality failure, and oversee action plans to mitigate identified risks.
Employee Training
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ISO 9001 requirements and quality standards.
Document Control
Oversee the management of ISO 9001-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and security.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance our QMS and drive quality improvements.What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication abilities for training, policy updates, and audit reporting.
High level of ethics and integrity, with a focus on handling sensitive information appropriately.
Proven experience working with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
Certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 (preferred but not required).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Audit Compliance Rate
Resolution of compliance issues within target timelines.
Training Completion Rate
Ensuring timely completion of ISO 9001 training for employees.
Risk Mitigation
Reduction of compliance-related risks and incidents.
Policy Review Frequency
