Salary - £50k-55k (must have rosette experiance to achieve higher range)

We are working with a client who seeks a passionate Head Chef to be part of their Hotel kitchen Bridgade. You must be a competant Head Chef with a Rosette and Hotel background and love producing high quality food. The aim of the site is to reach 2 Rosettes and train a great junior team who is equaily as passionate. The Hotel does have multiple outlets that require great orginizational skills and an attitude of leading from the front. As Head Chef it is important that you are someone who can teach and develop the team around you, working closely with the Senior team in developing menus and ideas.
