Electrical Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical works on our new residential apartment project. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all electrical installations comply with safety standards and project specifications. The ideal Electrical Supervisor will have a strong background in residential electrical systems and proven experience in supervisory roles.
Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise all electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications as the Electrical Supervisor.
* Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate electrical work effectively.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards as an Electrical Supervisor.
* Mentor and train junior electricians, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
* Ensure all electrical work is completed on time and within budget as the Electrical Supervisor.
* Prepare reports on project progress and electrical issues for management review.
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical problems during the construction phase.
Electrical Supervisor Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision, specifically as an Electrical Supervisor.
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
* ECS/CSCS card holder.
* Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and building regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills as an Electrical Supervisor.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
* Previous experience in residential projects is preferred.
