Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Ecologist (>3 years experience). You will be responsible for delivering ecological assessments and services. This position also provides outstanding opportunities for further career development.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Ecologist role :
Conduct ecological surveys and assessments in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Undertake bat emergence surveys and GCN DNA surveys (the latter is preferred but not required).
Work with our BNG consultant to undertake BNG assessments.
Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience required for this Senior Ecologist role:
Bachelors degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in ecology or environmental consulting.
Ability to undertake bat emergence surveys and PEAs.
Experience with GCN surveys (not absolute requirement).
Strong knowledge of UK environmental regulations and policies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in ecological surveying and data analysis, including the use of GIS software.
A full UK driving license.
