They provide specialist support to variety of clients including blue-chip housebuilders and land promoters on major infrastructure schemes including new towns and settlements. Clients include Taylor Wimpey, Vistry, Hallam Land, This Land, Countryside and Crest Nicholson. Their projects include the major infrastructure for new towns and settlements of between (Apply online only) new homes.

As an Associate Commercial Director you’ll be responsible for…
Supporting the growth of the business and leading the delivery of commercial services including the setting up and managing cost plans. Projects across a varied portfolio including the major infrastructure for new towns and settlements.
This will include:
Assessing financial, technical and operational risks
Reviewing expenditure during all phases of a project
Analysing data that can affect costs
Working CAD
Taking measurements on CostX
Providing a holistic plan including measuring and rates
Managing, estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan.
Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed.
Being a key interface with client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
Handling of contractual frameworks and standard form of contract.
Identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates, products and hence improve the services provided to the clients.
Identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.
Must haves…
Consultancy experience, including cost planning, budgeting and estimating
Thought-leader in the space
Confidence in managing client relationships
