Do you want to learn more about Revenue and Growth Margin in Coca-Cola Europacific Partners? This is a great opportunity to be responsible for leading the strategy and governance on Pricing and Pay-For-Performance (P4P) in CCEP.    What you become a part of: Growing our revenues and margin sustainably across our portfolio is critical to our future success. Revenue & Margin Growth Management (R&MGM) teams at CCEP are accountable for growing profitable revenue ahead of volumes through constructing Pack, Price and Promotional plans for the future. These plans are capturing changing consumers/shoppers needs and deliver against our customer needs to drive value and margin.    You will be part of the group R&MGM team that works across the CCEP countries to develop and embed a winning approach to R&MGM, including working on setting the strategy (e.g. Headroom, LRP/ABP, Guardrails, KBI’s) across the 5 R&MGM levers (Price, Promo, Pack Mix, Assortment and P4P) and support to embed it in the Customer’s cycle.    As Group Senior Manager Pricing and PTC, you will be reporting into the group Lead Pricing, Promo and PTC within Group R&MGM and you will be responsible for the key levers Price and P4P.     What to expect: •    Developing Pricing, Pay for performance (P4P) & Trade Terms standards for total CCEP  •    Install pricing, P4P, TT risk management and governance •    Business owner for CCEP’s Price tool, and CLM (Contract Life Cycle management) •    Support Customer Investment Management roll-out ensuring incorporating updated P4P framework and SME for (channel) Pricing and P4P. •    Training of country pricing and P4P specialists and P4P SME for L&D program •    Working together with other critical functions in your expertise area:  -    Group teams, eg Legal, Commercial finance, Risk (ERM) and Customer Management -    Country teams, eg R&MGM leads and country Pricing & P4P specialists and GM & Sales directors for pricing, P4P, TT risk governance   •    Travel is approximately 20% in Europe   What we expect of you: You will have a track record of successfully developing and/or delivering commercial plans into the market. You think strategic, top down and opportunity driven, but knows how to link this with action. You have a real strength in taking insights and construct compelling strategic plans, that are both ambitious and executionable.  This can be within R&MGM or other commercial functions. Strong influencing and communication skills are imperative. You will be comfortable working across CCEP countries, and also working with virtual teams.    Leadership / Competences - requirements  •    Background/experience in Commercial, R&MGM and/or Finance roles with relevant experience in the mentioned areas (Pricing, PTC, P4P)  •    Proven capability of driving impact through analytics and developing into easy to apply frameworks with cross-functional implications (customers, legal, finance)  •    Capable of independently leading well-structured governance process with senior stakeholders •    Strong listener and strong in building cross-country connections  •    Strong analytical skills, ability to entangle complex business problems  •    Self-starter.
