Internal Sales Manager

Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Inside Sales Manager required to join a global, market leading valve manufacturer.   The successful Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Inside Sales Manager shall be responsible for leading a team of 5 to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance across the board for valve related products such as control valves, isolated valves, actuators, and related mechanical engineering products. The Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Inside Sales Manager will ideally have a proven track record in managing an engineering sales team within the valves, actuators, instrumentation, or pumps product sector.  Full training provided. Package: £50,000 - £65,000 - Dependent on experience  25 days holidays +Bank holidays  Company Pension  Additonal benefits  Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Inside Sales Manager Role ·         Lead and support the Sales Team, specialising in valve related products such as control valves, isolated valves, actuators, and instrumentation. ·         Align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director. ·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to offer comprehensive valve sales and solutions. ·         Strengthen the company’s presence in the industrial product sectors by delivering tailored, high-performance solutions for various valve products. ·         Act as a brand ambassador, embodying valve technologies' commitment to quality and innovation. ·         Liaise with various engineering departments. ·         Office based in Brighouse.   Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Inside Sales Manager Requirements Experience as an Internal Sales Manager / Office Sales Manager / Sales Manager/Operations Manager / Inside Sales Manager / Commercial Manager / Engineering manager / Sales Operations Manager / Operations Supervisor / General Manager or similar within a mechanical engineering environment. Will ideally have proven experience working with control valves, isolation valves, pumps, actuators, instrumentation, or other similar mechanical products. Have a mechanical engineering sales background with preference to those from a manufacturing environment. Experience of people management within sales operations, ideally within the valve sector. Must be commutable to the office in Brighouse daily
